  • Instant Form Enquiries: When a prospect completes a form via Agent Response, that data is pushed directly and instantly into Reapit, capturing the lead details without delay.

 

The Street Integration: Comprehensive Lead and Property Syncing

The integration with Street offers an embedded workflow that handles properties, web forms, and incoming phone calls to give you full visibility over your pipeline.

  • Property Syncing: Properties added within Street are automatically synced directly across into Agent Response, populating your account with up-to-date property information.
  • Form Enquiry Matching: When a web form is completed, the incoming data is automatically matched to the correct lead profile inside Street, using the prospect’s email address and phone number to keep your database clean.
  • Phone Enquiry Capture: When a lead calls, notification data is sent straight to Street and matched to the relevant lead profile. In cases where the caller is completely new and doesn’t exist in your CRM yet, they are automatically created and labelled as an ‘Agent response Caller’ so you never lose track of a new prospect.
