24 Hour Reminder & Advanced Reporting

byThe Agent Response Team The Agent Response Team

We’re always working to bring you new features and improvements and this weeks new release see’s some big new features that will help improve your lead generation and provide more Portal insights. So without further adieu…

24 hour follow up reminder

Picture this, you have a potential lead from one of the Portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc) with your Letting or Sales listing on, someone has looked at the email but the phone went and they forgot to fill in the form. So the lead doesn’t complete the form, you still rent the house as you’ve got other leads but that person missed out.

We’ve all had times where we’ve started a process, stopped part way through a process with the hope of coming back to it later, only to forget.

This is why businesses send follow up reminder emails to give (even the good leads) a little nudge/reminder to finish the process. This also increases the pool of good leads you’ll get to choose from AND the lead will enjoy your service even more, knowing that you reminded them of the action they need to take.

Well, we have also added the follow up email to send out, 24 hours after the initial leads interest. Here is how it works:

  1. Your Lead/Prospect finds your property on one of the portals.
  2. They start the process and get a link to a form.
  3. If the lead then doesn’t complete the form after 24 hours, Agent Response sends a reminder email to let them know they still need to complete the form.

This process will help increase the number of leads that are received from the Portals from those that actually wanted to rent/buy. This can be switched on and off individual for Portals.

How to switch it on

In your office settings, each channel will have an option to switch on the ‘Remind after 24 hours’. You can learn more about switching it on and customising the reminder email text here.

Advanced reporting

This is going to give you more insights as to how each of the Portals you have your properties listed on are performing.

This will be great to see how many emails each Portal is sending and what the response rate for them is. This will give you great insight as to knowing where your leads are coming from, which will better inform you as to the best places to list your properties going forward and which Portals you use where changes/improvements may need to be made.

The new advanced reporting will also tie nicely with our 24 hour reminder email feature. You will be able to see which Portals have a lower completion rate, and then turn on the 24 hours reminder for these Portals to increase the form completions.

Where you can find this

You can find advanced reporting in the new top menu bar.
